We are performing system changes on the Medium Business WordPress Hosting Servers during the following scheduled maintenance window.

We schedule higher impact maintenance events during off-peak times to maintain our ideal hosting environment. Our engineers make every effort to minimize system impact; however, the Medium Business WordPress Hosting Servers instances may be unreachable for some, or all, of the scheduled maintenance window as we perform network, firmware, or host upgrades. Due to network redundancy, we expect to see little to no impact.

There is a network connectivity error impacting the data center where your WordPress site is hosted and our engineering team is investigating the issue in additional detail. We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you updated on our status page: https://status.glowfroghosting.com

Services will be briefly interrupted for about 3-5 minutes. 

There should be no resulting down time once the upgrades complete. 

FrogDen may be sporadically unavailable during December 14, 2018 - December 15, 2018 while we perform necessary updates and maintenance.

This maintenance will NOT affect your websites. cPanel will still be directly accessible via yourdomain.com/cPanel and email yourdomain.com/webmail.  (replace yourdomain with your real domain name)

If your bill is due or near the due date there will be no penalties, late fee's or service interruption during the maintenance period.
